Prefects' Installation!

This year, behold, another time!
AHHHHHHHHHH THE PE TEACHERS MADE A PACT TO MAKE ALL THEIR CLASSES RUN TEN ROUNDS ONE IS IT, EVERY YEAR MUST AT LEAST HAVE ONCE WHEN WE RUN 10 ROUNDS.
